WHAT IS NOVERA HYDROREPAIR

NOVERA HydroRepair is a two-component system (A + B),
designed as a “liquid reinforced rubber.”

Component A (liquid polymer base)

Modern elastomeric polymers that, after curing, provide a thixotropic,
cohesive, and flexible matrix. They ensure adhesion, elasticity,
UV resistance, and frost resistance.

Component B (dry mix)

Mineral fillers, composite binders, and synthetic fibers.
After mixing, they enhance mechanical properties, increase strength,
and improve crack-bridging capability.

Resulting layer

A homogeneous, watertight, elastic membrane with high cohesion,
capable of accommodating structural movements without delamination.

APPLICATION

Substrate preparation

The substrate must be solid, dry (or with residual moisture within permitted limits), cohesive, and free of dust, grease, and loose particles.
Old coatings and non-cohesive layers must be removed.
Cracks wider than recommended must be filled; sharp edges should be smoothed.
Highly absorbent substrates → primer application with NOVERA PNT according to the specified system technology.

Component mixing

Mixing ratio A : B = 1 : 3 (by volume/weight according to the supplier’s specific formulation).
The mixture must be thoroughly whisked/mixed at low speed to achieve a homogeneous consistency.
Working time (pot life): approx. 60 minutes at +20 °C (temperature affects processing time).
At lower temperatures, shorten processing time; at higher temperatures, increase material consumption speed.

Application

Tools: stainless steel notched trowel or stainless steel float; application by spraying or cement pump is possible for larger areas (subject to approval).
Recommended application: 1–2 layers (depending on required thickness and load). For filling and thicker layers, multiple coats may be applied with technical breaks.
Recommended consumption: 1.5–2.0 kg/m² (depending on required layer thickness and substrate).
Interval between layers depends on temperature and humidity – typically after initial curing (waiting for so-called “tack-free” state, usually 5–8 h).
Walkability: 5–8 h after application (at +20 °C; depends on thickness and climate).
Full waterproofing performance after final curing (typically 24–72 h depending on thickness and conditions).

Temperature and climatic limits

Application temperature range: +5 °C to +40 °C (substrate and ambient temperature).
Relative humidity: ideally < 80%; high RH increases curing time.
